Externally, great care was taken to retain the cottage's traditional character, with carefully sourced roof tiles chosen to complement the property's original charm and ensure a seamless finish.

To complete the transformation, we added a beautifully crafted oak-framed porch to the front of the property, giving the home a warm welcome and a real boost in kerb appeal.

This renovation completely transformed the property, creating a warm, energy-efficient home that's built to last. We installed underfloor heating throughout, paired with an air source heat pump to maximise efficiency and help reduce the client's ongoing energy costs.
The property was also fully reinsulated from top to bottom, significantly improving its thermal performance. To complete the transformation, we fitted two new bathrooms, installed a new kitchen, and carried out a full redecoration throughout, delivering a modern, high-quality finish from start to finish.
